Hyundai South Africa 2016 white Hyundai i20 paint

In the year 2016 I purchased a new white i20 Hyundai 2016 model, in Mahikeng (North West Province). The car paint has been peeling off (which seems to be an issue with most of this model, since alot of them that I've seen are in fact also peeling off).

The first time it peeled off I took the car in and it was fixed. Second time it peeled off (in a different area) I was told they no longer have an accredited panel beater to do the paint job and that I should wait until one is found.

I kept going back and forth to check if it hasn't been found until it was almost off the warranty when I urged them to help me because I was running out of time. It was then that they referred me to branches that were nearby and so I took the car in to Vryburg.

To my disappointment after a 4/5days I received a call to be informed that the quotation for the paint work was rejected due to the warranty period having ended. I then asked for a complaint to be put through for me as I couldn't accept the response due to the fact that I had been going back and forth prior to it ending with no help. They than escalated the matter and after another 7 days responded once again with no positive feedback.

I have been inconvenienced and cheated of being assisted with a problem that Hyundai themselves have caused me.
