Hyundai sold a second hand car as brand new. No response to calls and on 2 initial complaints raised the dealership attacked the purchaser a pensioner verbally
Bought a vehicle from Hyundai Greyling Street Pietermaritzburg. There was high mileage on a brand new car. The cars alignment is not correct with the car veering to the left/right immediately on a straight road when steering not held. There were pockets full of sand in the drivers side seat. Car bought in October 2018 and referred immediately all problems to dealership. At every visit or phone call we are passed around from one person to another when all this was raised with hyundai dealership they said we must log a call with ombudsman and that we probably "went to the beach and put the sand in" We called hyundai head office and spoke to a Sibo who said he will assist, no call returned. when he was called again today he says he doesnt know why dealership is not responding to us. the car also had minor dents we are at our wits end now.
this vehicle was purchased by a pensioner and the decent thing to do is to replace with a new vehicle as this is a used car and not a new car as advertised.
