Hyundai Silver Lakes - nearly took me for R2 500 for brake pads and skimming not necessary!

Took my car to Hyundai Silver Lakes on Friday 20 September 2019 because of a shuddering when I brake. Thought it may be brake pads. They quoted me after 'diagnostics' for new pads and skimming of discs. I declined due to the costs and had to pay R442.70 for 'diagnostics'. I took the car to someone else the day after who advised me that there is nothing wrong with the brake pads and no skimming is required. It actually looked recently replaced! So, Hyundai Silver Lakes, WHAT DID I PAY FOR AND WHAT GHOST BRAKE PADS AND SKIMMING DID YOU SEE? I'm waiting to hear from an abled mind at this franchise, whether I can get my 'diagnostic' fee bac****
