Hyundai Silver Lakes - Gerald Brits - Service Manager

Who ever responds to this review.....I demand that you pick up the phone and give Gerald Brits a call personally and congratulate him on his work ethic. I will follow up on this to make sure that you do.

I took my Hyundai I10 in for a service and noticed a few things wrong afterwords that wasn't there before. This is NOT a human error. Long story short, it's always the AFTER factor that boils one's blood but this time, GERALD BRITS took care of it. Gerald is in the Silver Lakes Branch and represents this company as a Service Manager.

The way he handled the situation was something I wasn't used to. I always expect the worst. Gerald because of you, I will bring that I10 in for another service and maybe even do a trade in on something bigger. You deserve the next step on that ladder.
