Hyundai Sandton **** SERVICE

I took my car in for a service on the 29th of October 2018 at Hyundai Sandton. I was 100% sure that there was nothing wrong on the car other than the fact that it was due for service. A few days after collecting the car I started hearing funny/unusual noise coming from the front tyres of the car and upon inspection I noticed that there was a part that was not put back properly thereby touching on the tyres, hence the funny noise.

I then took the car back to the dealer so they can rectify the issue that I am sure they cause and was told that the car came to the workshop with the issue already existent which is inaccurate as I did not have the noise before the car was taken in for service.

The dealer did not show interest in having my issue resolve and were adamant that the issue was already there prior to the service.

I am very distraught about the level of service received and will never take my car in for a service at this specific dealer and would never recommend this dealer to anyone due how casual and completely uninterested the staff were of my issue and was basically they won’t even investigate the issue further nor fix it.

THIS IS THE ****IEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD TO SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON AND WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AS IT IS EVIDENTLY NOT NEEDED BY DEALER!!!!!
