Hyundai sales people are deceiving

I bought a car at Hyundai East Rand December 2019. The car is pre-owned. I communicated with the sales person regarding the date I would be fetching the car however I still got there with noone prepared to do hand over. They went up and down looking for the car keys and my dad and I had to wait 2h30 as they seemed to not really be ready for anything. They then advised that they did not habe the spare key with them and requested that I go back in January 2020 for the key and that they would have it. On Friday, 10 January I got a call from them advising that the papers for the car were ready I asked about the spare key and was advised I would get it as well. I got there Saturday morning to excuses about the key and was told that it would be delivered to me in the next week as the driver just went to fetch it. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I still have not heard anything from them. This then means they were lying to me from the very beginning. I mean if all they had to do was fetch it from the warehouse what is the delay in delivering it to me now. I had read unsatisfactory reviews about Hyundai Woodmead and had thought another branch would be better but I guess I was wrong. I am very much disappointed nonetheless.
