Hyundai SA Pathetic Service

My car went to the specialist repair centre at Bedfordview and was returned with a loose calliper. One bolt missing! I have yet to get an apology from Hyundai SA, or get my problem resolved. Max Germani does not take my phone calls or reply to my e/mails any more. Ignore the problem and it will go away??!!! Somebody please supply me with Hyundai Korea`s contact details so that I may report this unacceptable service.<br> Hyundai SA is ruining the reputation of a good product!<br> The service at Hyundai Lephalale is unacceptable. Only one technician and no workshop manager. The poor lady at workshop reception tries hard to please. My car was booked in first and came out last at 17H45. The car was not even cleaned. PATHETIC. I am fed up!!!
