Hyundai SA No service. Hyundai Lephalale ?

I have been trying for months to get Hyundai SA to replace my thread bare carpet on my i20 to no avail. Hyundai Lephalale does not give any feedback at all. I have to keep nagging them. My car has under 14 000km but the carpet looks terrible. After almost a year I have not had any joy. SISS MAN. Is this how you want to create BRAND LOYALTY?!! I wont buy a Hyundai again. This is my 2nd and last one. This attitude has ruined an otherwise good product!<br> This Complaint will be repeated until Hyundai SA replaces my carpet! Why does everything have to end up at Hellopeter!?
