Hyundai SA is refusing to release my car after being serviced.

Hi Peter, My heart is bleeding, on the 09/03/2022, I took my car for service at Hyundai in Bedfordview number 27 Van Burren Road. On arrival they asked which insurance am I use , I told them is Insure Africa and they (Cindi Ndlovu) requested me to wait while they ask for authorization and they were authorized to service my car. When I am about to collect my car I was told that they can not release my car because Insure Africa has not make a payment. Just like when and where if you take your car for service it can not be released because there is no immediate payment by the company offering an extended service plan. This was from rude manager from this Hyundai and she told me that the information she received from Insure Africa on their invoice is that they pay after 7 to 10 days, meaning I have to wait for that.

Peter please help me to have my car this does not make sense because they got an authorization so they should release my car.

My car is registration is HV 27 LC GP
