Hyundai SA can't update a GPS because they don't have a service provider

How is it possible that a company like Hyundai can't update the GPS in my car for the last 3-4 years? After my services at 45 000 and 60 000 at Hyundai Strand - they told me they didn't have any updates because Hyundai SA changed service providers or something like that. And to try and contact their customer care - on a number showing on the internet that is not the number of customer care? I tried man times, but they did not leave me with any other options than to write a comment here.
