Hyundai rust and paintbdefects

I purchased a "brand new" Hyundai Venue last year July at the Hampson dealer in Winklespruit. Within the first month the paint began to peel off on the bumper. The staff that assessed the paint claimed that it's a stone chip after a few months this peeling started in larger areas. The engine compartment also started rusting. After much struggle I was promised both the engine and bumper will be fixed. Only the engine got touched up. I have reported the problem even to customer care and to date being sent around in circles with empty promises. I am owing the bank just under half a million for this car. It is disgusting that I am being taken advantage off. I am not sure if it's because I'm a female.
