HYUNDAI ROODEPOORT AND LIQUID CAPITAL POINTING FINGERS WHILE THEY ***** MY HARD EARNED MONEY

<p>In 29 October 2014 , I paid for a full maintenance plan at Hyundai Roodeport that cost R7482.90.</p> <p>When the vehicle was at 30000km i took it in for service i was told ill have to pay an access amount of R1400 for the brake pads, I enquired about my maintenance plan covering for the brake pads i was advised i dont have a motor plan and they insisted no records of the plan is on their system I then paid for the vehicle for it to be released. </p> <p>I then recieved a call from Mlungisi who was selling me a maintenance plan from Liquid Capital. I asked what does the plan cover he said everything I dont have to pay a cent for service, I questioned Mlungisi why I had to previously pay for the service he advised that was incorrect Hyuandai Roodepoort wasnt supposed to charge me they should have claimed from Liquid Capital. </p> <p>Ive sent an email to Hyundai and Liquid Capital enquiring about the access amount charged at the dealers workshop they advised that the query was older than 6months Hyundai Roodeport was supposed to take pitcutres send them to liquid capital and claim.</p> <p>Hyundai is saying i never paid but i have proof i paid for full maintance plan they pointing fingers at each other, yet they quick to ask for my hard earned money but they cant give an explaination what happened to my contract that mysteriously dissapeared on their systems. </p> <p>Instead they selling me another maintenacne plan "WONDERING WILL IT NOT DISSAPEAR FROM HYUNDAI'S SYSTEM" </p>
