Hyundai Roodepoort

I bought a Mazda 3 from Hyundai Roodepoort end of February 2019. I paid for everything, including licensing etc. I was approved with the Proof of address that I had, have been approved by everyone else with the same documentation. Today 25 June 2019 still waiting for the License, they tell me the lisence has expired because they couldn't get the new liscense because the traffic department wouldn't accept the proof of address, so now I need to take it to a roadworthy test, in order to apply for the liscence again, pay again, because they don't know how to do their jobs properly.
