HYUNDAI RETURNS CAR COMPLETELY DISMANTLED

Dear Ryan

I sent in my car completely combined and mantled to get assistance from Hyundai as the car was giving problems from date of purchase. (loss of power)

To my response you give me the car back completely dismantled with no care of the parts or the car for that matter.

You sent me an email lying to me that the car is mantled and can be fetched. I got it fetched only to find my car completely dismantled and completely broken - worse than how it was given to you.

Your service is completely horrible and i will be posting this email on every social media account with the pictures of the before and after.

I hope to obtain more customers that experienced this service from you and shame this brand for the million of lies for the past 2 years as well as this ****py service.

Enjoy your day sir!

Hyundai has emailed and threatened me to remove this post in less than 24 hours else they will attempt respond and bring in a lawyer - this is the service offered by this poor company

To this threat, i will just add to this post that I have purchased this same vehicle and reported it as broken in less than 24 hours - I can providing written communication as proof. The salesperson, Shafee Hoosen said he cannot help me and the deal cannot be cancelled.

I have sent in my car more than 5 times for the same issues and again I have written proof as well receipts and invoices.

I bought this car in 2018 and in less than 24 hours i sent the following email:

Hi
As a purchase of my first vehicle I wanted to purchase a vehicle from a reputable dealership to safeguard myself from any uncer*****ies.
As a result of my wise purchase I would like to return the vehicle that is in my possession for under 24 hours for the following reasons:
1) Before the purchase I was advised that my monthly finance amount would be R2300, as a result on the day of collecting the vehicle the figure
had jumped up to R2432. After negotiating we brought the figure down to just above R2000. I was very unpleased with this major fact
2) I noticed a whistling noise and when I brought this to the attention of the sales person he confirmed he was aware of the noise as I drove of
but “assumed” it was a cold engine. He advised that the car needs to be booked in with the technician for assessment
3) The car key totally dismantled and left me stuck on the side of the road due to the immobilizer being deactivated. Hyundai had to send
someone to assist me. After which, he told me if the transponder was not found, he would’ve had to tow the vehicle away - less than 24 hours of
having the car
4) The USB connection in the car works intermittently. This is probably due to an electrical fault.
All of the above issues has brought me to the conclusion of returning the vehicle in under 24 hours. If I have to keep the car for longer who

Till now I am still facing the same issues and its gotten to a point where Hyundai returned a completely dismantled car to me with a threat

PLEASE HELP DIRECTOR OF HYUNDAI!!!!
