HYUNDAI - Quick to take money, slow with refunds

<p>Try getting a refund from this company... You'll be waiting a long time.</p> <p>A part was ordered through the Diep River branch and a deposit had to be made immediately with the balance payable prior to the part being released. These payments were done promptly but it turns out that the part was not as advertised in the catalogue, hence the order was cancelled and now to receive my refund. Well nearly a month has passed without anyone contacting me as to what the issue is. It turns out they will not refund me directly as the invoice was made out to my mechanic yet I was the one making the payment. Surely the accounts department could trace and verify that the bank account number is the same as where the deposit came from? How difficult can it be?</p>
