Hyundai poor service

I laid a complaint on Tuesday 3 May and still no feedback regarding Hyundai Roodepoort poor customer care at the service dept.It seems like Hyandai is just poor from head office up to the fitter servicing your vehicle.I Would really suggest go and buy a Ford before you buy a Hyundai just no service from them. Very angry and unsatisfied customer.
