Hyundai poor service

When my Fiance and I bought a vehicle from Hyundai Heidelberg, the vehicle has not done a Hyundai 125 check before release, as they state it. The vehicle had after market brakes, no oil in the gearbox, belts where faulty, returned the vehicle and did a change of goods after a month of fighting. Yet gave us a IX35 we are happy with the car, but the turbo broke and with all the warranties etc you buy when financing a car, means nothing. No one at the dealership can assist with the problem of the warranty being wrong. But after all the fighting etc its time to visit the ombudsman. See you soon Hyundai
