Hyundai polokwane messes up my car

Today I booked my car in for service at Hyuandai polokwane & arrived at 7:15 am. Around 11 they called me to inform my car will be ready at 12:30. 4pm I went to fetch my car and it wasn’t ready yet so I waited. I finally got my car after waiting for long and the car wasn’t washed properly and had oil on the seats. The car still indicated on the screen that it needs to be serviced. My phone Aux wasn’t working anymore and I was told there is nothing they can do about it. The guy came in and inserted some wire into the key hole and told me the car was fine. I drove for a few minutes and the same message popped up. I went back and I was told that the car needs to be manipulated and they are closing and going home. My service book was stamped and I’m not even sure if my car was serviced or not. I’m so stressed and nobody seems to care.
