Hyundai Polokwane

I bought a Hyundai H100 from Hyundai in Polokwane late last year and from day one had problems with this vehicle. After a month the alternator packed up and the vehicle was at the dealer for 13 days before something was done about it and that was only after we complained about it. We have been complaining about the gearbox since day one and nothing was done about it. Now after 20 000 km the clutch packed up and they want to charge me R16 000 to repair it. I still haven't received a service book even though I service the vehicle with them. They expect me to arrange one from the sales person who sell the vehicle to me from the same dealership.

If you don't phone them, they will not communicate with you. I will never buy a Hyundai ever again and definitely not one from the dealership in Polokwane. It is the worst service I ever experienced
