Hyundai Plumstead Horrible Service

Customer service is the worst ive ever received!!! My car has been there for 3 weeks with nothing being done. Service advisors don't get back to you at all. Not once has anyone called me to update me on any progress, I continuously have to call after them. The lack of respect and poor workmanship is disgusting, no apologies given when i complain. Not sure how they prioritize their clients. I've been stranded spending thousands on alternative transport to get to and from work. I will warn anyone to stay far away from Hyundai Plumstead!
