Hyundai Plumstead disgusting service

Hyundai Plumstead the worst service ever. When booking the car for a service. I dropped the car the morn. They call to ask if I'd like a buff for industrial fallout R450. Hour later I get told the car cannot be serviced it's too early. So why didn't the person who booked the car a week earlier tell me this. Now after all the inconvenience you happy to take my R450 but no service because it's a month early. I then asked for the car to be dropped less than 5km for thr inconvenience caused. I'm told there are no drivers. Thanks for nothing Hyundai.
