Hyundai Plumstead - Disappoints

I really cannot express my frustration with Hyundai Plumstead. Every year I receive the worst customer service from this branch and when I send my complaints and I do not get any response. I love the brand itself but I cannot continue to receive this kind of service. What makes my experience worse I'm to soft to push back so I bring my complaints to the website.

This year I was struggling to get hold of the dealership to get a quotation and when I finally got hold of them I struggled to get the quote.

Eventually when I received a quote I booked my service. When I took my car in for a service I asked the service consultant Nicky to have a look at my battery I'm having issues with it. She also advised for an extra cost I can have my car washed, vacuumed and sanitized and I agreed. When I collected my car I asked her again about my battery she explained it's fine - I explained to her that my car doesn't start occasionally even if the lights are not on or air-con running - she confirmed my battery is fine.

When I went to my car; 1. My car wash not washed on the outside at ALL neither was it cleaned on the inside. When I complained the guy said "I don't remove people's things on the inside" which annoyed me because it only had a pen and a cup holder gives no excuse to not clean this area. I had to wait 30 mins for my car to be cleaned, I do not believe my car was sanitized at all.

2. When I wanted to drive off my car would not start - now my annoyance level is at 100%. I called some guy and he asked who was my service consultant as they have given her a quote for my battery to be replaced and I told him I asked her three times and she said it doesn't need to be - she then came to apologize and said "she only saw now that they did in fact tell her to replace my battery". When I asked her a price, she gave me a price less (inc vat) than what I paid for and the guy at the back said no that price excludes vat.
