Hyundai Plumstead

Hyundai Plumstead has offered the most appalling service I have ever received from a service provider. During their Clearance sale there was an offer to purchase which I was then told before office hours the cars was sold. The manner in which they communicated this to me was disgusting to say the least the sales advisor Nolan and Ncina Mhlongo have made promises to which they failed to deliver on, their unprofessional manner and how they contacted themselves whilst trying to understand why they failed to deliver was extremely disrespectful. Unprofessional and mediocre individuals such as these put a terrible impression on the brand itself, and come across as discriminatory individuals. Should you be looking to buy your first car I would recommend staying away from Hyundai Plumstead!
