THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE FROM A DEALERSHIP EVER. Alvin Brandt was the sales person, he pushed us so hard to get a sale through before the end of November that he nor Leon De Nysschen who was doing the financing did their job properly and financed the entire deal incorrectly. They rushed through everything so fast so they could get their commissions for December. They messed us around so much where we had to stop sites etc to get our vehicle to their dealership when they wanted it there and to pick up the new vehicle on their times and terms. They allowed us to drive off the show room floor with a brand new vehicle only to discover their error once we had left. Then they were jumping up and down to get the new vehicle back immediately. The dealership principle Gcina Mahonga was not even interested in our ordeal and was not prepared to assist us in anyway. We as to date have not even received one apology. We have always had our cars serviced there which have been great - but their sales team is the total oppostie
