Hyundai Pinetown, no regard for the law

<p>I returend a part that I was advised by Hyundai ptn service consultant , to buy for R6000. Only to find I did not need to buy it, took it back to hyundai and after 5 months of promising to refund me I went to small claims court, got a letter of demand and hyundai refused to accept the letter of demand. The staff seem to be trained to decieve clients from to reception to the dealer principle. One would expect them to take a letter of demand seriously but the receptionist read it a threw it on the floor , needless to say I have reported it to saps and have photigraphic proof of my delivery </p>
