Hyundai Pinetown, misleading clients to get sales
Upon my application we asked Venesh, about the km's on the car - his response was 34 000 km's. Upon delivery the car now had 35501 km. I asked him about this and he said because I requested urgent delivery, they has to drive the car up to JHB. Difference on km's between JHB and Durban is roughly 615 km's, given the benefit of the doubt I said 650 km's. So why the mass difference? That's when he said the car actually had 34 888 km's at application. Why was this not the case when I and my marketer from the bank contacted him? I then told him that the car has paint on it, he insisted it was polish as he took the car to the car wash the morning of the delivery. I told him that I've tried to rub if off with the back of my hand as he suggested, it won't come off. It's paint, the car wash also confirmed it!! I asked him if he'd like me to take the car to Hyundai the glen for them to confirm it to him, and till this day he has never touches on the matter. I am now liable to pay for the paint to be removed? Why was this mentioned to me upon application? The air filter box is broken aswell and I've notified him too. Iv tried all avenues to escalate the matter within hyundai. EPIC Fai
