Hyundai Peeling paint issues

I took my wife to buy her her first Brand new car, and decided on a Hyundai Creta. This was 4 years ago. In December 2019 the paint started bubbling on the bonnet and the boot, then progressed to peeling. The car dealership only offered to re spray the parts that are peeling, which ultimately make my car loose value and make it a class 2 accident damaged. I requested a full respray, but they refused. They then offered me another Creta at a slighlty higher installment, which would have been to much of a burden on us financially, hence I asked to return the vehicle. This was met with a string of excuses. We have gone from almost finishing paying off our car, to having this issue. I am very unhappy about this response and will not accept it.
