Hyundai Palisade 2022

I have a Hyundai Palisade 2022 model bought in Hyundai Pinetown in January 2023. April 26 it gave me problems, it was showing Auto hold and EPB orange lights. Locked tires and didn’t want to move. I Googled and tried everything I got from searching on google but it still gave me problems. Took it Hyundai Pinetown on the 27/04 and they said I should leave it there. I have only received feedback from them once, I have been the one who constantly had been trying to get answers from them. They told me they waiting for Hyundai SA to upload the parts on the system so they can be able to order parts from Hyundai in Korea. How ridiculous is that? It’s been a 3 whole weeks of me making my own means of getting transport to and from work while I still have to pay a high installment of the Vehicle. I tried asking for a courtesy car and they said Hyundai doesn’t provide that service. I’ve already spent over 10k paying for a hired car, and to this day I still have no positive feedback from them. This is a factory fault from what I read but I have to endure costs and everything while they taking their own sweet time with fixing the car. If you are reading this, you better stay away from the new Hyundai range cars. I’m very much disappointed by Hyundai SA.
