Hyundai Paarden Island failure to action or communicate regarding paint issue

Hyundai acknowledged issues with paint on cars manufactured from 2010 to 2023 and offered resprays. I contacted Paarden Island branch and was referred to a Ryan's Auto Body which assisted me immediately with taking photos and sending it to the Hyundai Paarden Island branch for approval. Despite numerous calls and messages left, the branch has still not even once allowed me to speak to the consultant in charge of the approval for resprays, nor given me any information at all after the photos were submitted. I am due a fix of all panels with paint issues and have not been helped at all despite numerous attempts to make contact with the branch, and having followed their procedure.
