Hyundai not responding to mails and Facebook ad comments/requests

You appear to be running a campaign to get Hyundai owner's cars into your service workshops. This based on 1) a generic email (25/7) from your Bedfordview dealership suggesting that my car needs a service and 2) your Blue Boost Deal ALRERT! ad for a "minor service" that pops up in my Facebook news feed every day. Here's the issue: I responded to the email on 25/7 & followed up on 6/8 and have not had a response and your daily add in Facebook currently carries 59 comments. I have browsed those comments/questions that have not been filtered out of the FB ad and find that you have responded to none of them. If you have a need to drum up business then surely, you should be actively chasing to get said business on the books? What's the point of mounting campaigns if you do not follow them through?
