Hyundai Northcliff seems to be a PVT collection

I walked into Hyundai Northcliff today between 12h30 and 13h00. There was no one at reception and i waited at the reception desk for a few minutes before i left. Being a client looking to buy a car i thought i could get some attention. Given the fact that the dealership wasnt booming with prospective buyers i would have thought it would have been easy to get some attention, unfortunately i didnt get any. You obviously do not want to sell cars, Is this a PVT collection that isnt for sale, Perhaps its a museum for Hyundai. Just wondering
