Hyundai nelspruit service delay

I went to hyundai nelspruit 3 months ago to report on my non-functioning boot shock.an order was placed in my presence, was told I will be called in leas tha 7 days to bring in car for the installation. It's been 3 months now and my boot still doesn't work.I've called them more than 15 times to find out what is happening but I'm always told the responsible person is not around they will call me when they return.I've left my number and name at all the times I've called but never been called back.I am tired of calling and enquiring as I get no assistance. Last guy told me he sees that it was noted but I still don't have boot shocks.took car in for a service last month and I told them that my boot shock is broken,they said they will look into it but they didn't. I am so tired of Hyundai Nelspruit, they are playing me and taking me from one person to the next.
