Hyundai Nelspruit is Horrible

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Hyundai Sandton. The car was schedule to be delivered at Hyundai Nelspruit where i would collect it.

Upon arrival at Hyundai Nelspruit, I was directed to a lady called Amu Godi. Without saying much, she was extremely unprofessional and was rude beyond measure.

The car was not cleaned. Her excuse,"You didn't buy the car here, so its not our problem..." its as though she is working for different company. She kept telling me that the sales person from Hyundai Sandton is *********** and how everything was disorganized.

She was in some rift and competition with the other sales person. She kept on saying if you had bought the vehicle from me, i would have done a better Job.

Her spite with her fellow employees *****ed my view on Hyundai. I will probably never buy from Hyundai again.
