Hyundai Nelspruit and mixtelematics

October 2019,I approached the dealer,hyundai nelspruit needed a new car. On the process I was advised there is free insurance for a year. Few days after receiving the car a consultant called to explain the details of the insurance which has an excess fee of R10,000.00 in case... I then cancelled their so called free insurance. To date I am not refunded the amount charged for the installation of their tracking system. Their service is bad, between hyundai and telematics neither one of them want to be responsible.
