Hyundai N1 city, not a dealership to deal with.

<p>If you want to buy a vehicle at Hyundai N1 city in cape town, I advise you not to do that. When I purchased my hyundai elantra 2014 model in 2017 I experience problems with the brakes and also the tires were worn to near completion. I communicated this back to Hyundai N1 city, it took me three long weeks to have the brakes repaired after numerous constant communication and you could see they did not want to assist at first and this happened one month after the purchase. Up until today I have struggled to have them replace the two front tires, they came back with a response to say that they wont be replacing it, the road worthy centre Hyundai used that gave the approval could not provide the status of the tires to me and tried to avoid the question on numerous occasions. I informed them that I will be cancelling the deal due to there lack and poor service and they did not even respond with a sincere positve answer as if I can go ahead and do it.</p> <p> </p> <p>People, please do not waste your money on Hyundai N1 city. </p>
