Hyundai Misleading

I have purchased a car at Hyundai Port Shepstone and was promised Free Smash & Grab.Upon reading my contract I was mislead and was billed for it.I have spoken to the Dealership who fails to resolves the issue. I was advised of the price of the car however VAT was not explained..The Car did not come with an alarm,which resulted in additional costs. Terrible Service ********** 339
