Hyundai Milnerton poor service delivery of new vehicle

I purchased a vehicle in end of March 2016, from Hyundai Milnerton. After three months I was informed by friends my vehicle disc has expired, already out of the 25day grace period. I went to the nearest Traffic Department and wanted to renew the disc which I thought the dealer should have done already and I was informed my vehicle was not for roadworthy yet.

I contacted my sales consultant and he advised they did give me the disc and I rejected that claim. He said I can take it to his roadworthy centre under his own cost. After the roadworthy has completed the station informed me the vehicle needs new tyres. The sales consulted was contacted and he informed me the vehicle needs new tyres. He informed me on that phone call that he has proof that the vehicle was roadworthy'd before I collected the vehicle and would send me the documentation. After 3 emails and few days, no response and I emailed the Sales consultat, Dealer Principal, Sales Managers and few days later no reponse.

I emailed them all again and also Hyundai Customer Care and asked for MIOSA contact details and the Dealer rep**** instantly stating that they are responsible for the roadworthy and license fees but the tyres is my responsibility stating that the distance I have travelled already is outrages. I left it their and replaced the tyres. I am in the process of completing the claim by MIOSA. On this day, 19th of August a week or two after the roadworthy process was finalised with new tyres I still do not have the new discs or new license.

I contacted the sales person again yesterday to inform him I made an accident with this vehicle and I hope their side of the license and roadwrothy is done. I will be claiming this accident from the insurance and if the insurance does investigation in regards to this vehicle being unroadworthy'd or unlicensed I will be delivering this vehicle to Hyundai Milnerton to be repaired. I paid insurance for 5 months in good faith to know that my vehicle is under insurnance and I will not be told my insurance claim is rejected due to such circumstances.

This is not the clients problem but the dealer. I will never purchase a vehicle from Hyundai nor Hyundai Milnerton. Such problems makes dealers names bad, which could have been prevented. I thought lets buy a vehicle from a dealer which sales is the highest, but this was not a good idee.
