Hyundai Milnerton pathetic service with a sneer

<p>I was sold the scratch and dent cover when we bought our tucson. Their description of what it is and the reality it completely different. Then I asked them to credit it. Which they agreed to after much back and forth and nothing has happened since, no credit. I was basically conned. Then we had a slight knock on the side mirror and they wanted us to replace the entire side mirror for R11 800. Even though there was a 8mm scratch and cracked LED. Everything else was working 100%. Eventually the parts manager agreed to order the LED light for us at R1600. I just wanted the scratch and dent cover to fix the scratch. But that hasn't happened either. Really, really disappointing service. The car is great the people dont care. Management is also not interested in helping both financial managers were involved. This is giving Hyunda a really bad name.</p>
