hyundai loses the plot - very sad

I have been with the brand for almost 10 years from driving my mum's vehicle to owning my own and to my disappointment for the past 3 months my vehicle has been in the workshop because the gearbox broke. since May 2021 the workshop is waiting for parts, how utterly ridiculous, in my opinion these people don't know to attend to the vehicle that was not manufactured here and neither do they know how to assemble the gearbox for it to have parts constantly missing and to be ordered, furthermore not they didn't even know parts are required. my vehicle is not even a year old and I am having issues, with no help or response from Hyundai. really disappointed and disheartening especially during this pandemic to not have your own vehicle that you pay for . and having to rely on public transport to get to work. no remorse what so ever from Hyundai. very bad.
