Hyundai Jacobs - Terrible service.

Sales consultant Ridwan from Hyundai Jacbs (mobeni) has no sense of urgency. Sold me a Hyundai Atos, which was meant to have 2 dents pulled out , washed and cleaned. I was promised the car in 2 days. Made me pay a holding deposit as there were 5 people in line for this vehicle. which was postponed 2 times. Eventually, went to pick the car up after a week as it was apparantly in "showroom condition" Lucky I viewed the vehicle before I had signed the document. the car dents still appeared. I went down to the Pinetown branch where I purchased a new vehicle. I called Ridwan and explained that I will not be purchasing a car with dents, and that I need my holding deposit as soon as possible aswell as a letter from the dealership stating that I did not take delivery of the vehicle as I am still being billed by insurance.. He then said it will be done by the evening or latest the next day. it has been 4 days now and he has not lived up to the "H Promise". I have not received the deposit or the letter. No wonder there 5 people waiting.
