Hyundai IX35 has been at the dealer since 29/12/16

My Hyndai IX35 was sent in for the 30 000 km service on the 29th December 2015, with additional query of radio time clock not able to set time. I was called on the same day to pick up the car , notifying me that i co. When the car was picked up, it was noticed and acknowledged by the staff, onsite, that the car indicators were not working, so i left the car. I was called the following day to pick it up and bring it back next Tuesday, 5th January, as the part was still to be ordered and i noticed that the clock was still not working.

I did not receive feedback on the 5th so i took the car back to the dealer on Monday, 11th January, and was promised i would have the car by the end of the week. i called again and was told that the part #95422YBAO has been ordered and Korea has indicated it will only be delivered on the 26th January 2016 and that the Hyundai SA has no courtesy car policy. I called Hyundai customer service to complain and was told to complain at the dealer principal, i sent the e-mail to Pieter, he did not respond. till then , i've been told the part received on the 26/01 was incorrect and the car is still not fixed but am still paying for this car.i need advise.
