Hyundai IX35 CRD went in for service 8 June 2015

Good day<br> I have a Huyndai IX35 CRD who went in for its 75000 km service, where I get feedback that there is something wrong with the gearbox and they have to look at it with next service. On the 8th of June 2015 I took my vehicle for 90 000 km service and complain about electric window not working and remind them of the gearbox noise when the car is not driving. When I was phoned to fetch my vehicle Hyundai Zambezi confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the gearbox. I drive with on of the employees Jaco and he confirmed the noise when the car is not driving. He will let them look at the vehicle and phone me back. It went like that now till today and I even speak to Mac, Cor and then Anton who is the Manager. Anton confirmed on the 8th of July he first must find out what the problem is and will come back to me. Till now Anton don't phone. When I phone again they confirm that the car must go to Mayfair and is currently at Rex who will strip the gearbox but they can't confirm how long it will take to get spares. When I ask for a loan vehicle, they just refuse and currently I am stucked without a vehicle, because me and my wife are not working at the same place.
