Hyundai is dropping the ball

I drive a hyundai i20 2021 and unfortunately My car was involved in an accident in . Took the car for repairs in October 24 2021, the repairer has done everything on their parts but now are awaiting a window from hyundai which was ordered on the 26th of october , it almost 4 weeks now the window has not been delivered. They are saying they don't have it in their parts department. How do you sell a certain car in the Republic and don't have stock of its parts readily available? Hyundai do better.
