Hyundai i20 unreliable car , very bad service

I would like to bring to your attention the horrific experience I had with my vehicle over the past week . I have purchased this car from Hyundai in October 2018. I am currently paying a motor plan that includes road side assist . On Monday the 15th April 2019 , the car gave issues starting in the morning i made contact with Hyundai , were i was informed that i needed to in my personal capacity bring the car in to the dealer ship even tho my service plane covers the vehicle to be towed . I unfortunately could not take a day off from work in order to make arrangements to get my vehicle in to be checked out . This problem continued in the evening of the 16th April , where the vehicle did not start at all. I was stranded at my place of work , from 5 pm till 3 am the following morning trying to get assistance . This was extremely dangerous and to make matter worst my daughter was alone at home . This was a very stressful time for me , which could have been avoided if the after sales was on par . I have no faith in this brand any longer and will be returning the vehicle by the end of the month for a full refund .
