Hyundai I20 peeling paint

Hi I bought my hyundai I20 in 2017 from hyundai bedfordview. My cars paint on the bonnet, roof and boot is peeling off. Took it back to the dealership and they sent the car for a quote for a respray. But also informed me that the roof of the vehicle is not covered by the warranty. I refused the quote as the roof is peeling as well. I have since noted that it's not just my car, most of the white I20's have the same problem. I googled and this is not only limited to South African models it's international. Why is Hyundai not recalling these vehicles? We paid money for defaulted vehicles.
