Hyundai i20 ignition problem

The following was emailed to the Hyundai on 20/2/2015. No response.
7/2014 I had a problem with the i20 ignition. I phoned the Hyundai support line and they sent out a tow co that took my vehicle to the Brackenfell Branch even though I explained to them that I use Bellville. Brackenfell repaired the ignition, but did not explain to me what went wrong.
Last week I had the same problem. I phoned Hyundai support line and they told me they can't assist because my vehicle is out of warranty. So I phoned the insurance and they took my i20 to Bellville. Bellville Branch informed me yesterday that my i20 is ready. When I arrived at the Bellville Branch I was presented with an invoice of +-R1300. Because it was the same problem as what I experienced in July last year, I asked if the work of July was not guaranteed. The answer was that they do not transfer workmanship guarantee from one branch to another. I should have taken it back to Brackenfell. I was not happy with that. Then I was told that the problem is the is key slated. That left me feeling cheated. If I was told that in July, I would have attended to that and ensured that I use my spare key and not the slated key.
