Hyundai Hillcrest *******

I purchased my vehicle a Hyundai i20 a pre owned vehicle from Hyundai Hillcrest in 2017. In the deal which was approved was for personalized registration which was for the amount of R3500. The salesman also promised to deliver the spare set of keys to me. I went there on numerous occasions to have the registration of the personalised plates done and also to pick up the spare keys.

I have probably went there about 10 times after purchasing the vehicle on my own cost but was never given the spare key. There was a small scratch on the under of the front bumper which I noticed only after getting the vehicle but since was a pre owned I informed the salesman who said hel have some touch up paint for me. Lol. The vehicle is white and the guy gave me tip ex. I knew then I have been taken for a ride. The car is a lovely car however I just wanted my spare key and personalized license plates and since I live in Phoenix, Durban. Hillcrest is a bit pricy to go every week. So I contacted the manager. I belive his name was Rivashin who said he will speak to his superior and get back to me. Well I called and called but to no avail... They got paid for the registration of number plates but did not deliver and I'm still waiting for spare keys. How do I get back from these *******.

Can anyone please assist me??? I don't want the personalized plates anymore. I just want my spare keys that I was promised, and a refund of the amount that was taken.

The people do call me from time to time, and when ever I see the number I get excited to think I have my stuff but they checking if I want to trade in the car. I inform them of that the managers supposed to call me, they say they pass the message but never do.
