HYUNDAI HATFIELD SERVICE

I drive a 2017 Hyundai Accent 1.6 Fluid GLS Automatic, So I took my car in for service at Hyundai Hatfield on the 21st August 2019 as it was due for the 30000km service interval. Everything was serviced as per service schedule, bare in mind that my car is still under warranty and maintenance plan. But to my surprise I took my car in with both of my fog lights in perfect working condition next thing I go to collect my car as the service was done. They tell me that there’s something wrong with my fog lights wiring so I will have to pay round about R800 to get it fixed this was said by a customer service lady called Betty Tlabela, so I take my compliant to the guy who sold me the car at the dealership his name is Morne Blaauw he says to me not to worry about it he will sort it out. Next thing his avoid my phone calls, whenever I finally get ahold of him he spins me the same old story his been spinning when I laid the complain to him. So I decide to take my car to a Hyundai dealership in Zambezi/Montana for a second opinion on this. To my surprise my fog light is working perfectly fine they didn’t connect the wiring properly at Hyundai Hatfield when I took in my car for service. So basically I was going to be ****med a whole R800 because someone who was servicing my car didn’t know what he was doing. I’m never taking my car there EVER!!!! and I advise whoever is currently taking their car there for service WATCHOUT!!!!!
