Hyundai Germiston Unprofessional

On Monday we spent nearly 1/2 hours at Hyundai Germiston, spoke with Aneel and pre-owned Manager, Martin. I currently have an i30n 2022 with 5 000 mileage to trade-in. Having explained in depth that I was only doing this due to repayment. The vehicle we discussed was the Hyundai i20 turbo, Aneel suggested a pre-owned Kona, We asked for prices and trade-in value. I was honestly quite annoyed, it took Martin until 4pm yesterday to revert, then asks me "if anyone contacted me", I responded "no his is the first call.". Considering the fact that he is a Manager, he goes on to make the comment "maybe everyone is scared of you"., to which I reacted. Still waiting on him to revert. What grand service. I called Pedro at Hyundai Centurion, still no feedback. Germiston wants to offer such a low price on the high-end current vehicle, I'll rather keep it and not give Hyundai business at all. Even Peugeot offered me a better deal.
