HYUNDAI GATEWAY KZN

Good day morning i am driving a hyundai for the past 7 sevens and have my third vehicle now. i am totally upset with the service i received today at Hyundai Gateway. I managed to develop a good relationship with a parts salesman and called the dealership to speak to him this morning. i was rudely denied accesss to the sales by the arrogant parts manager, namely RAVI GOPAUL. He has no people s****s and needs to be reprimanded. i am really disturbed with this event and i want a resolution to this.
